Implementing the business meeting, whether it is small meeting or large conference with gala dinner afterwards, calls for the very good work schedule and supervision the completion of detailed event plan. The work on the realisation of the event will begin several months prior the meeting. Our team of directors and coordinators will plan and manage all activities to avoid unexpected situations. At each stage of the preparations we are in constant contact with the contractor.
If you decide to let us organise your event, you can be assured that we will:
- Plan and co-ordinate your event
- Select an optimum venue from our constantly updated database of event facilities in England
- Provide all necessary equipment to meet your expectations
- Organise the delegates registration and take payment if necessary
- Provide an accomodation
- Guarantee on-site technical service
- Provide your event with all stationery, gifts and marketing equipment
- Organise the transport for you and delegates
- Provide catering (from our own catering company or select the most appropriate in the area)
- Organise the entertainment and room decor
- Help you with any other request!
If you engage us to organise your event, from the moment when we receive your enquiry there will be a dedictaed director or co-ordinator set to be responsible for:
- submiting to you the offer, event script and costing
- preparing the detailed plan for implementation of the tasks at each stage
- monitoring the budget, finding the cheapest sub-contractors (to deliver best equipment at best prices)
- selecting the right personnel to service your event
- managing all logistic related tasks
- contacting with all participants
- supervise the delegates registration (either on-site, over the phone or online)
- response to your or your guests special wishes
- implementation of additional requests
