How do I place an order?
To place an order please contact our office on 0800 6124 797 or email us to info@visionecs.co.uk. Alternatively you may fill our enquiry form which you can download from ‘Download’ section on our website.
How early do I have to book?
We recomend that you book your event with us as early as possible to give us reasonable time to book a venue for you, organise equipment etc. However we are able to deal with last minute bookings as well when the situation require that. When making booking for catering, please bear in mind that we tend to be very busy at the summer time and public holidays such as Christmas, Easter or New Year’s Eve. We advise that booking for these days should be made as early as possible, but usualy we are able to fit events in with as little as 1 – 2 weeks notice.
When do I have to confirm the exact date, service, numbers or menu for the event?
These details must be given when the booking is placed, however in some situations final numbers and menu can be confirmed 2 weeks before your event.
